Rates High season 3 July to 4 september 2010
For this period the Riad is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
• Price : 5 500 Euros per week. Deal from 20 to 26 persons Rates Low season 19 september 2009 to 3 july 2010
The logis du bourg can be rented for short stay during this time
• Price : 4 250 Eurosper week. Deal from 20 to 26 persons • 1 night 950 Euros • 2 night 1 400 Euros • 3 night 1 800 Euros TERMS & CONDITIONS
Services included with rental
• Bed sheet, towels and cleaning when the rental is over.
• Cleaning of the estate (swimming pool, garden) . General booking conditions
• Payment by cheque or bank transfert.
• Deposit of 30 percent of the total amount, and 70 percent 30 days before arrival. • In cash : the day of arrival. • 500 Euros deposit will be asked on the day of arrival and will be debited in case of damages on the estate. • All the taxes are included. • The booking will be accepted once the 30 percent of the grand total has been paid. |
