The Logis du Bourg in few words…
In the heart of the Papal Enclave and the Drôme Provençale, surrounded by renowned towns such as Vaison-la-Romaine, Avignon, Orange and only an hour and a half from the sea, the Logis du Bourg is located in the middle of the village of Grillon.
Its maze of alleys, enclosed garden, balconies and terraces allows for a real home life while respecting the privacy and rhythm of each person and have earned it its nickname of Riad in Provence.
Open all year round, our charming residence has eleven room. The Riad can accommodate 20 to 28 people. Each house has a kitchenette with fridge and hotplates. La Provençale has a large equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals for all Logis guests. The five houses all have access to the garden and swimming pool. The Hammam is available on request only. Private parking can accommodate up to four cars.

The castle of Grignan
Grignan is a typical Provencal village, with a castle. Madame de Grignan, daughter of Madame de Sévigné, lived there for many years. Today, in memory of the correspondence between a mother and her daughter, the Correspondence Festival is held every year in July. More information here.
The truffle market
The Richerenches truffle market takes place every year, every Saturday, from mid-November to the end of March. Every year, on the third Sunday in January, the truffle mass is celebrated in the church of Richerenches in homage to Saint-Antoine, the patron saint of truffle growers and the black diamond. If you want to know the authentic taste of black truffle, this is the place to come.

The city of Avignon is just over an hour from the estate. But its festival is worth the detour. More information here.

Vaison-la-Romaine

The Chauvet cave
Discover the Chauvet 2 Cave, 1h10 from Grillon. “Listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, the Chauvet cave brings together drawings of exceptional quality dating from 36,000 years ago. Discover its restitution space! “. During the summer period, it is advisable to book your visit in advance.
The Orgnac cave
Discover the Aven d’Orgnac, one hour from Les Logis. A splendid site on which many activities are offered. Whether it’s caving or a simple visit to the cave. More information on the Aven d’Orgnac website.

Ardèche by canoe
An hour from Grignan is the start of the descent of the Ardèche by canoe. Many sites offer canoe rental for half a day or even a day.
Hikes
Whether you are on foot or by bike, there are many hikes. There are numerous circuits around Aiguebelle Abbey or in the Mont Ventoux region. The Visorando website lists the 20 best hikes around Grignan, to discover here.
